Thermal shock chambers are effective tools in subjecting products to a thermal shock test. They are designed to give quick transitions between a HOT and COLD temperature zones. Available in vertical, horizontal models, in both standard and custom sizes.
KOMEG thermal shock chambers are widely used in all industries including Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace, and others to help find product defects in electronic components and product assemblies.
There are 2-zone and 3-zone types.
2-zone structure: The sample stays in a basket, which moves up-down between the hot zone and cold zone, which is like an elevator.
3-zone structure: There is a hot zone, a cold zone and a test zone. The sample stays in the test zone and doesn’t move up-down.
