The enterprise’s annual operating revenue shall be no less than 50 million RMB;
The R&D investment intensity shall be no less than 3%, or the total R&D investment shall exceed 30 million RMB;
The total value of R&D equipment owned shall be more than 3 million RMB, supported by a full-time R&D team of over 20 members with a rational structure.
In addition, the enterprise must hold no fewer than 5 intellectual property rights and establish a sound R&D management system.
Every indicator targets the enterprise’s sustainable innovation capability, solid scientific research foundation, and systematic construction level.
